Study Spaces may be reserved for a maximum of two hours at a time and renewed in-person at the Library Service Desk for an additional two hours depending on demand.

Rooms may be reserved for no more than 4 hours per day, 8 hours per week per person.

Rooms may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

Patrons are asked to be on time for their reservations by refraining from checking keys out early or returning keys late. This creates access barriers to the spaces and can lead to erroneous fine accrual.

A reservation may be cancelled if the person reserving the room does not appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
Note: The person who makes the booking must be the person to charge out the key.
Note: For reservations exceeding 30 minutes, please use the dropdown menu below (after selecting the desired start-time) to select the duration of the reservation (up to 2 hours).
Please note that a number of the Library's study spaces are currently unavailable due to building contruction. Rooms will be reactivated to reserve through this booking site again as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
